Hong Kong IRB Sevens Update: Kenya 12 New Zealand 21
Scored first then lost the plot. Not helped by some strange calls that took us off our rhythm. Our tries by Humphrey Kayange and Lavin Asego.
We now meet South Africa in the plate competition.

we need a strength and conditioning coach asap, guys are looking lethargic, cant blame age / nature taking its cause, how many of these jamas are over 30? our squad is probably still younger than fijis and samoas............
