I am concerned about the distinct lack of height in the team and the lack of depth on the bench. We are extremely mobile which is good, but I have doubts about our fitness. I think the first half will be tight but we'll fade away in the second half. Uganda by 10 points is my call.
We wish the team God's speed and journeying mercies.

Dataminer for once i think your talking crap and are just blogging for the sake of it.
What height are you talking about and to achieve what with it? Who do you have in mind, names please with this height?
By seeing a team list you are now saying the team is unfit???
Please expound on the depth satement.
Your saying little in this blog but mean alot so instead of letting us misconstrue what you are saying please elaborate.
I agree we will never please anyone with selection except those chosen but we had horses for causes and they played their hearts out.
We are now at the often talked about highest ranking kenya has ever been at,38.
@Pedantic. I am always the first to admit when I'm wrong, and well done to the team. They played a brilliant game.
The height was an issue and we struggled in the line-outs. We also did not have a lot of cover for the backs.. those were my legitimate concerns. It is good it was a clean game and no injuries occurred.
Uganda was 31st in the Irb rankings in 2007 when they won CAR.Can we surpass that this year?
Yes we can surpass Ugandas highest ranking of 31 but we need to play teams like Morroco and Tunisia plus the big card game of Namibia so as to make it up there.
The aim would be to get intoi the top 25 in the world then we can see meaning ful change even interms of funding for the National XVs which is currently non existent.
@ Dataminer agreed but still would prefer names against the height bit, cover for backs im in agreement to an extent but believe that uganda use their forwards more and in that respect we needed to haver more forwrads than backs hence the 5:2 split
@Pedantic - sorry my response was long in coming but congrats to the team. If you'll indulge me I will not do a critique of individual players, my co-bloggers are more astute at it than me, but it is a fact we are well below international height, particularly at lock position! Zimbabwe are even taller than Uganda, but all the best to the team.
