Good event at the Regency. Good speech by the Minister, PS and
Commissioner of Sports. Not so impressive by Chairman Omwela as all he
did was attack the Ministry of Rugby.
Congratulations to all the winners Mangu, Quins, Namcos, Kinyany,
Celestine, Kayange, Karuga, Kangaru, Strathmore, Ayumba, Sarah and
Judy.

Attended both events and both were in total contrast of each other. Elliptics had more energy and was truly owned by the fans. The KRU one had all the air of officialdom which once over people fled to other places. Solution: KRU contract Ministry of Rugby to do the awards. They have one thing that KRU does not have ; THE FANS
