Waringah Rats lose tour opener against Quins
Waringah Rats put behind flight troubles to put a good show for most of game. The Rats scored fast and for a good period the game was 10-10 and thereafter Quins piled points to win the game.
Never been a Quins fan but let's just hand it to them this season, they look better and beating a foreign team shows their calibre.Don't forget most of their players are away with the 7s team yet they are keeping it going, that certainly can't be said about the likes of mwamba who rely on personalities! Nice game today only a little bit cagey in the first half,a better conditioned Quins streaked away in the second half,,damn these Quins they even have that conditioning guy on their bench! Someone tell me why an athletics coach is on a rugby pitch?
Greg ur just as blind as a church mouse if u cant see the work Kim is doing. That conditioning your talking about is down to the hard work Kim is doing with the boys at quins and is also evident with the Kenya 7s boys. Enough said. Get another hobby!
Greg, enyewe you have just redefined the meaning of dumb blonde. as rugby goes a notch higher, there is need for specialists to chek in and offer their expertise. kim is the best conditioning coach there is.soon we will see psychologists and dieticians gettig the best out of players. enyewe greg, maybe ajua needs you
anon 9:34am, comments like "soon we will see psychologists and dieticians getting the best out of players" are what rugby guys should make. good stuff!
haha! funny fat Qwhines. you beat a social club and claim supremacy as if you are the best team. your good run is coming to an end,so please stop eating pupu and wake up.
Gaypima just shut up and let Impala boys step up. Abramo can take over the union but things wont go straight.Did the goats get their 'Scott/Sseguya ' points? Ha ha ha ha
Meanwhile a depleted and makeshift Kenya A prepare to play the Warringah Rats, the KRU office is clueless as to how to organize the fixture and are just concentrating on the gate takings.
The other clubs that have fixtures at the RFUEA grounds before the international friendly are looking for an alternative venue for their matches. They at least stand a chance of making something from the gate even on a three way split.
So who will control the gate on Saturday - Quins (whose clubhouse stands on the grounds) or the Union (who are allowed to have an office on the ground)?
We wait to see. Quins have 2 fixtures so I'm sure we will see the heavy crowd watching the mighty Quins take ESS and confirm Kenya Cup once again!
Come all within, come all without you ain't seen nothing like the Mighty Quins!
