France's Sebastien Chabal has admitted the match against England will decide the winners of this year's Six Nations tournament. Both sides will go into the match unbeaten but England are clearly the in-form side in the competition and will go into the game as clear favourites.
Experienced back rower Chabal has come off the bench in France's opening two games so far and the former Sale Shark has made it clear that this match is one in which the winner will take it all, something the Six Nations betting reflects.
"When we started the competition, it was to win it. Now I believe the winner of the next round will win the Six Nations. So we will try to do our best and get a result in England," he said.
France will travel to Twickenham on the back of two mixed performances in their opening games. Scotland and Ireland both pushed the reigning champions close so far in this tournament, but France managed to come away from both games with victories and are still on course to retain their grand slam from last year.
England have been playing like a southern hemisphere side in their two games so far, dismantling Wales first before resoundingly spanking the Italians in their second game. In this sort of form, it will take a massive effort from the French to get anything out of the match. England's star man at the moment is obviously Chris Ashton and the French will have to basically man mark the winger to stop his incredible scoring streak.
