Was Chabeda any better than Sabwa?
Is there a way in which tournament boards' are selected or is Chabeda the BRSS Chairman for life - or is that the 'cake' he got to eat while secretary of the union, the way Asiko Owiro got to 'eat' the Safari Sevens one (tournament director)?
Maybe Sabwa is the better guy for secretary - at least once he is out we will not see him again!
