It was actually painful reading the team list. Nothing to do with the players though. Just that the font was so small that I had to strain to read each name.

is this the end of an era for Kiptoo who has been in the XV set up for eons?

Is he injured or axed? Mose is missing too many tackles at the back and it was clear even in the Super Series. he is kicking well for points but soaks in too many soft tries. Now that Abuoga is back doesn't this open the door for Calvins Biko at the back. he has the counter attack skills to match vincent's. WE CAN LEAVE THE KICKING TO Abuoga.

Tank has concerns over Kiptoo's fitness n attitude. He was one of the weak links in Zimbabwe, poor recovery at the breakdown kwa ufupi he is unfit,n doesnt want to heed the coaches advise to shape up.

True that Kiptoo is not performing as per his usual standard of even the 2011 Kenya Cup, but let's not make him the scapegoat for all of Kenya XVs shortcomings this year.

On the one hand, he's not in the best of shapes for sure, but he did score a try in Zimbabwe, and none of Zim's tries can be traced to his missed tackle.

However, he does need to get back in the required shape/fitness level in order to be considered again for selection.

I really hope we've managed to sort out our defensive issues though, because we're quickly running out of excuses...
